How long to process my Darb application?

Darb’s online application is quick. It can be approved in minutes, but sometimes they need to check more things which takes longer. We will email you within 3 to 5 business days after you’ve given all needed info.

What controls can I set on Darb?

Darb is engineered to offer business owners substantial control over card usage. Available controls include setting limits on the number of transactions or total spend by day, week, or month, and requiring odometer readings to validate transactions, among other features.

What happens if a driver attempts to refuel another vehicle with a Darb card?

Any attempt to use the Darb card for vehicles other than the one registered will be automatically denied. Darb’s system intelligently reads multiple data points, including the associated vehicle’s odometer, to verify each transaction. Suspicious activities are flagged, and fleet managers are immediately notified, enabling them to take swift action, such as temporarily deactivating the card through the management dashboard.

How does Darb’s system help prevent fraud?

Darb’s innovative system meticulously monitors fuel transactions by reviewing the vehicle’s odometer readings with each refuel. Any suspicious or inconsistent readings trigger an automatic denial of the transaction, ensuring only legitimate fuel purchases are approved. Daily and monthly spending limits are also enforced to maintain budget control and prevent unauthorized spending.

Can Darb’s card be used for online purchases or non-fuel purchases?

Darb’s card is exclusively designed for fuel purchases to streamline fleet fuel management. Any attempt to use it for other types of purchases will be automatically declined, and the fleet manager will be promptly notified. However, we are planning to introduce a feature that allows fleet managers to authorize certain non-fuel expenses through the control panel, enhancing flexibility and control.
