    First Top-Up & Ordering Your First Darb Card

    Fund your wallet, order cards, and place your first order — step by step.

    Before your team can start using Darb cards for fueling, you need to complete two key steps: top up your Darb wallet, and order your first Darb cards.

    Step 1: Make Your First Wallet Top-Up

    1. Log in to your Darb account using the link you received via email.
    2. Open the Top-Up Instructions panel to see your unique IBAN.
    3. Make a bank transfer from your company account to that IBAN.
    4. Once done, click 'I Made a Deposit'.
    Note: Top-ups below SAR 20,000 are credited instantly. Higher amounts are processed within one business day. Top-ups above SAR 20,000 initiated on Thursday or non-business days are processed and credited on Sunday.

    Step 2: Top-Up Success

    Once your funds are received, you'll see a confirmation screen with your available balance. Click 'Order Cards' to continue.

    Step 3: Order Your First Darb Card

    • Enter the Business Name to be printed on the card carefully — it can't be changed after ordering.
    • Subscription price is automatically displayed based on the number of cards.
    • Ensure your wallet balance covers the total fee — you can top up from this screen if needed.

    Step 4: Review & Confirm Your Order

    Before placing the order, a summary page will display the start and end date of the subscription. Review carefully, then click 'Confirm'. By confirming, you agree to Darb's Terms & Conditions.

    Step 5: Verify and Place Your Order

    An OTP will be sent to the authorized mobile number linked to your account. Enter the 6-digit code and click 'Confirm & Place Order'. If you didn't receive the code, click 'Resend'. Only authorized admins can complete this step.

    Step 6: Order Processing & Delivery

    You'll see the Order Processing screen with an order summary and subscription details. Click 'Track' to monitor the shipment. Delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Once received, cards can be activated from your dashboard.
